About the role
Responsibilities
- Provision, upgrade, and monitor various types of Kubernetes clusters (Community/GKE)
- Size Kubernetes clusters and manage application life cycle on container platforms
- Manage container security, storage, and registries
- Implement and manage CI/CD workflows
- Handle Severity#1 and Severity#2 incidents within a 24/7 operation support framework
- Utilize ITIL processes for service management
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Kubernetes/GKE Administration
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes components and container runtimes like Docker
- Proficiency with Helm and Helm Charts
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Understanding of enterprise and container networking
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified GCP / GKE Administrator
- Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting
- Experience with GCP cloud platform
