About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standardized KPIs aligned with operational goals
  • Build and manage dashboards to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
  • Collect, validate, and interpret large data sets from multiple sources like SAP and WMS
  • Facilitate Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
  • Lead problem-solving sessions using root cause analysis, 5 Whys, and Kaizen events
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, production control, and IT teams
  • Maintain documentation for KPIs, processes, and improvement actions
  • Support PDCA cycles and visual management tools like SQDIP dashboards

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and data tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies such as A3, 5 Whys, or Fishbone
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
  • Experience with Business Management Systems (BMS)
