Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active networking, site visits, and market analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand

Requirements

  • Korean Expatriate status required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within 5-star or luxury resorts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience handling the Korean market
  • Strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Eloquent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
