Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active networking, site visits, and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine strategies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand
Requirements
- Korean Expatriate status required
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within 5-star or luxury resorts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience handling the Korean market
- Strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
