Korean Bilingual Technical Service Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and analyze field service and technical solution data to identify insights and root causes for improvement.
• Review and test various technical solution methods to reduce technical service repair rates.
• Monitor potential quality issues, historical call data, and employee work performance to provide feedback for service improvement.
• Resolve issues and provide timely resolutions for both internal and external operations.
• Conduct data analysis on field service, counseling, and call data to ensure accuracy, validation, and root cause identification.
• Participate in case studies to identify failure points and drive process improvements.
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding individual goals and team objectives.
• Coordinate with factory and factory support teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Business Management.
• Full professional proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and database management.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to find unique ways to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Applied Science related to Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Electronics fields.
