About the role
Responsibilities
- Interpret, design, and implement pre- and post-trade controls for the Korean market
- Gather feedback from brokers and exchanges regarding Korea UTP, short sell rules, and trading sensitivities
- Build relationships with onshore counterparties to monitor regulatory and market sentiment
- Collaborate with Business Development, Trading, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate rule interpretations into controls frameworks
- Monitor and evaluate new trading flows and their interaction with existing controls
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in trading controls design and implementation
- Deep knowledge of Korea exchange rules
- Familiarity with electronic trading regulations and system design
- Experience working with developers
- Fluency in English and Korean
