Responsibilities

• Coordinate body shops across the Vienna network on a cross-location basis
• Act as a staff office for management in the areas of bodywork and damage management
• Report regularly on key performance indicators including utilization, lead times, quality, and costs
• Derive and implement optimization measures based on KPI analysis
• Serve as a central interface between workshops, service advisors, customers, insurance companies, and external partners
• Analyze and continuously optimize processes within the bodywork sector
• Monitor goal achievement and actively participate in strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the automotive sector, ideally in bodywork technology
• Practical knowledge of damage management and insurance processing
• Strong understanding of economic key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Exceptional organizational talent and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proven ability to act as a central liaison between diverse departments
• Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with management, partners, and insurers
• Proficient IT and computer skills
• Valid Class B driving license
