Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings for high-quality interior design and furniture projects (CAD+T)
• Develop production-ready designs including parts lists and material definitions for production handover
• Support project managers with technical questions and coordinate with production and assembly teams
• Collaborate with the 4-person design team to ensure smooth project workflows
• Participate in the development of new product solutions and optimization of construction standards
• Verify measurements and translate them into precise technical documentation
• Ensure technical feasibility, constructive quality, and plausibility controls
• Contribute to the improvement of processes, digital workflows, and CAD standards

Requirements

• Completed training as a Technical Drafter, Wood Technician, Joiner/Carpenter, or comparable qualification
• Profound CAD knowledge in CAD+T and experience in furniture or interior design construction
• Precise, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High reliability and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination
• Hands-on mentality and independent working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with parts lists and wood material science
• Experience in CNC-ready construction or production planning processes
