KOL BD Associate

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact crypto thought leaders and content creators across X/Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
• Negotiate and structure diverse collaboration models, including sponsorships, affiliate programs, and AMAs.
• Design and execute targeted KOL marketing initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, community engagement, and trading volume.
• Monitor critical KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.
• Deliver comprehensive, data-backed reports on partnership outcomes and budget utilization to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and competitor tactics within the Web3, DeFi, and broader crypto ecosystems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, KOL Management, or Growth Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in the Web3, crypto, fintech, or digital platform industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Native or fluent English proficiency with exceptional negotiation skills.
• Strong data literacy and experience managing complex KOL payout models and commission structures.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing, active network or personal relationships with top-tier Web3/Crypto influencers, creators, and community leaders.
