About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and serve healthy and varied food
- Manage daily canteen operations for approximately 60 diners
- Handle tasks ranging from hot meals and cold cuts to meeting catering and coffee stations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
- Certified chef (fagbrev som kokk) or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently
- Service-oriented and structured approach
- Passion for food quality and guest satisfaction
