About the role

About the Company

Charlottenlund Fort is a historic coastal defense built in 1886, now operating as a destination restaurant with a 180° view over Øresund. We serve French-Nordic seasonal cuisine for both daily à la carte service and large-scale events including weddings and corporate parties.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes for both daily service and large events
  • Maintain high quality and standards across the kitchen
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your station and overall kitchen quality
  • Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and kitchen development

Requirements

  • Trained chef with experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong professional pride and ability to maintain standards under pressure
  • Clear communication skills and a respectful attitude toward colleagues
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Comfortable with varied tasks including à la carte, events, and seasonal menus
