Knowledge Manager III-KP

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of knowledge and content management procedures for the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division
• Coordinate organizational calendars, project tracking, conference schedules, and VTC requirements
• Support management meetings, seminars, workshops, and off-site events
• Collaborate with programmers on website design, development, maintenance, and improvement
• Develop production timelines, data management strategies, and visibility for study activities
• Manage and maintain the Analysis Working Group (AWG) website and budget tools
• Oversee annual AWG budgets and provide collaboration support for new projects
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service offerings

Requirements

• BS Degree
• Active TS Clearance
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in knowledge/content management and administrative support
• Demonstrated expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract and manage metadata across enterprise repositories
• Expertise in at least two of the following: Administrative Support, Content Management, or Knowledge Management

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with SAP
