Knowledge Manager III

Responsibilities

• Support the CAPE Joint Data Support Division by curating strategic analysis products, tools, and data to increase collaboration and reduce redundancy
• Collect, employ, and store metadata for high-priority studies to ensure efficient and logical discoverability
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of historical and current studies, including aims, tools, analysts, and outcomes
• Develop executive summaries, briefings, and internal coordination materials for study dissemination in controlled access environments
• Analyze customer feedback and internal data signals to improve support processes and product/service offerings
• Provide subject matter expertise in key functional domains aligned with Deputy Secretary of War priorities
• Coordinate with developers and content managers to improve methodologies for capturing study metadata

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in military/operations research or DoD PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution)
• 10+ years of experience working with DoD stakeholders to manage and refine complex datasets
• 3+ years of experience leading DoD analytic or operations research teams
• Demonstrated expertise in using SQL to manage and query logistics, force inventories, and intelligence reports

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with SAP
