Knowledge Manager III

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day knowledge and content management procedures for the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division
• Coordinate organizational calendars, project tracking, conference schedules, and VTC requirements
• Support management meetings, seminars, workshops, and off-site events
• Collaborate with programmers on website design, development, maintenance, and improvement
• Develop production timelines, data management strategies, and visibility for study activities
• Manage and maintain the Analysis Working Group (AWG) website and budget tools
• Oversee the annual AWG budget in collaboration with leadership
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service offerings
• Monitor internal data signals to implement process improvements

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree (BA)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in knowledge/content management and administrative support
• Demonstrated expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL) for metadata extraction and analysis
• Expertise in administrative support, including executive customer service and project management
• Expertise in content management, including curation, strategic writing, and access control
• Experience with change management and large-scale database management

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with SAP
