Knowledge Manager II

Responsibilities

• Support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division by curating strategic analysis products, tools, and data
• Collect, employ, and store metadata for priority studies to ensure efficient discoverability
• Create and maintain a database of historical and current studies, including aims, tools, and outcomes
• Coordinate with developers and content managers to improve metadata capture methodologies
• Develop executive summaries, briefings, and internal coordination materials
• Analyze customer feedback and internal data signals to improve support processes and product quality
• Provide subject matter expertise in functional domains aligned with priority objectives

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience in knowledge or content management
• 8 years of administrative experience in at least two of the following: Administrative Support, Content Management, or Knowledge Management
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility
