Knowledge Manager/Functional Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division by curating strategic analysis products, tools, and data
• Increase collaboration and reduce redundancy for Department analysts through outward-facing knowledge management tools
• Provide subject matter expertise to priority DOW studies
• Deliver a seamless customer experience for JDS users by providing informative support and tailored recommendations
• Assist in identifying, collecting, and managing historical and current U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory and deployment data

Requirements

• Active TS clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience in military or operations research-related fields, DoD PPBE processes, or JCIDS frameworks
• 10 years of experience working with DoD stakeholders to collect and maintain complex datasets
• 3 years of experience as a Team Lead for DoD analytic or operations research teams
• 10 years of experience in strategic planning or expertise using SQL to manage logistics and force inventories
