About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to email queries and content update requests via the dedicated intranet inbox
  • Manage intranet content including text, images, videos, and infographics adhering to standards
  • Provide training and support to site owners and produce training documentation
  • Support end-users by directing them to training materials and resources
  • Provide administrative support to the wider KM team, including document rebranding and reformatting
  • Maintain the intranet 'Look book' and 'Knowledge management' site
  • Support regional communications teams with news article publishing
  • Provide analytical reporting on site usage and user behavior

Requirements

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good administration and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow internal procedures and use predefined templates
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
