About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to email queries and content update requests via the dedicated intranet inbox
- Manage intranet content including text, images, videos, and infographics adhering to standards
- Provide training and support to site owners and produce training documentation
- Support end-users by directing them to training materials and resources
- Provide administrative support to the wider KM team, including document rebranding and reformatting
- Maintain the intranet 'Look book' and 'Knowledge management' site
- Support regional communications teams with news article publishing
- Provide analytical reporting on site usage and user behavior
Requirements
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good administration and organizational skills
- Ability to follow internal procedures and use predefined templates
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
