Knowledge Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Knowledge Management function, including the ownership of the RFP Automation suite and content curation cycles
• Oversee the Proposal Coordination function to ensure projects are compliant, reportable, and auditable
• Manage the curation of knowledge content, ensuring all items have clear owners and trusted data quality
• Provide line management for a team of Knowledge Managers and Proposal Coordinators, focusing on professional development and mentoring
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through win/loss debriefs and knowledge recycling
• Support budget management and regular reporting on key metrics such as deal velocity, win/loss rates, and knowledgebase health
• Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective knowledge ingestion and efficient proposal enablement
• Maintain standard bid templates and a process library for core documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership of a knowledge management function
• Experience managing a proposal coordination function
• Demonstrated success in line management of professional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global business units
• Experience with budget management and data-driven reporting
