Knowledge Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct knowledge management audits and propose strategic roadmaps for clients
• Facilitate the mobilization of subject matter experts to share expertise
• Monitor KPIs to ensure the performance of KM systems
• Map critical knowledge and manage content creation, updates, and archiving
• Organize migrations of knowledge or documentary bases
• Analyze and improve collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and chatbots
• Train and support users in information sharing
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in the Seequalis KM community

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum
• Proven experience leading multiple Knowledge Management projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse business environments
• Strong public speaking and workshop facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-functional team coordination
• Professional level of English
• Experience with tools like SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, wiki, or CMS is a plus
