Knowledge Delivery Senior Lead

Responsibilities

• Integrate the global Knowledge Delivery strategy into a domain-specific roadmap, unifying Knowledge Management (KM) and Training.
• Drive the definition and alignment of OKRs across KM and Training functions to ensure cohesive operational goals.
• Oversee resource prioritization and capacity across domain teams to support high-impact business priorities.
• Enforce the Knowledge Delivery End-to-End (E2E) lifecycle to ensure knowledge is documented, delivered, and integrated into operational tools.
• Partner with Senior Operational Leads to review performance and align upcoming priorities.
• Establish robust feedback loops between Operations, Training, and KM to convert agent friction into process improvements.
• Coach and develop Leads and Specialists to transition from operational oversight to strategic leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing Knowledge Management, L&D, or Content Operations, specifically within regulated or high-compliance industries.
• 4+ years of experience managing managers or leads, including performance calibration and succession planning.
• Proven experience owning Knowledge Delivery or Learning Strategy at a domain or portfolio level.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to lead business reviews (MBR/QBR) and use dashboard insights to demonstrate ROI.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled tools and automation to scale knowledge discovery and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders to influence high-stakes decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for global leadership alignment.
