Knowledge & AI Agent Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition, organization, and maintenance of Planet’s knowledge base.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy.
• Oversee AI Agent management, including monitoring, reviewing, and optimizing agent responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Design, scope, and create custom AI Agents to enhance customer and user engagement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, product management, customer success, and sales teams.
• Ensure ethical KM and AI practices are integrated into all workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in knowledge management and technical writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with AI Agent architectures and creating/using AI Agents.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Perl.
• Experience with GIS applications (e.g., ESRI, QGIS) and geo-spatial data or satellite imagery.
• Proficiency with Zendesk, JIRA, or comparable ticketing systems.
