Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed-age class in the middle school level (5th–6th grade)
• Teach all core subjects within the framework of free work
• Collaborate closely with a pedagogical team including class teachers, subject teachers, and secondary pedagogical staff

Requirements

• Teaching qualification for Haupt-/Mittel-/Realschulen or Gymnasium with 1st or 2nd State Examination
• Montessori Diploma (ÖMG, DMG) or willingness to acquire it alongside work in the near future
• Appreciative and clear approach to guiding children toward independence
• High level of commitment, teamwork, reliability, and resilience
• Readiness for integrative work and enjoyment of heterogeneous learning groups
• Valid extended certificate of good conduct (erweitertes Führungszeugnis)
