Kitting Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting operations using company guidelines, technical data, and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Verify that individual part documentation is accurate and that the bill of materials matches the manufacturer’s technical data.
• Participate in the registration and understanding of appropriate technical data in coordination with the Kitting Operations Supervisor.
• Complete annual recurrent training specific to duties and other training recommended by the Quality department or management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of prior production experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate physical activity, including squatting and kneeling.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and comply with the Company Management System (CMS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience specifically as a Kitting Operations Technician.
• Manufacturer training certification.
