Kitting and Logistics Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute product builds and manage kit production to meet production schedules and demand objectives
• Manage inventory, staging, and material handling processes to support field press upgrade projects
• Monitor material inventories and track production progress to evaluate impacts on schedules
• Conduct data analysis for backlog management and identify opportunities for operational optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost-management and operational efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create relevant reporting metrics for continuous improvement
• Communicate requirements effectively to global business unit planning teams

Requirements

• 5-10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
• Proficiency in SAP Applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Strong skills in inventory control, management, and material requirements planning
• Proven ability in data analysis and supply chain process management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
