Kitchen Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, grills, and refrigeration units
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen tools and machinery to ensure proper functionality
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to schedule repairs and minimize operational disruption
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Keep detailed maintenance records and reports for all serviced equipment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures during maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar role within the hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various kitchen appliances efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen teams
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
