About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily culinary execution and kitchen operations for Dusk & Dawn outlets
- Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient service
- Coach and train team members on recipes, execution, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure consistent food preparation, presentation, and adherence to standardized recipes
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and manage inventory levels
- Conduct product counts, monitor waste, and support food cost control initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu updates and the F&B Manager on daily execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Proven experience managing inventory and maintaining kitchen organization
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
- Valid Food Handler Certification
