About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily culinary execution and kitchen operations for Dusk & Dawn outlets
  • Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient service
  • Coach and train team members on recipes, execution, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure consistent food preparation, presentation, and adherence to standardized recipes
  • Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and manage inventory levels
  • Conduct product counts, monitor waste, and support food cost control initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu updates and the F&B Manager on daily execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Proven experience managing inventory and maintaining kitchen organization
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
