About the role
Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the restaurant and banquets kitchen team
- Wash kitchen equipment and crockery to a high standard
- Use dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals following safe work procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food outlets
- Keep storerooms clean and tidy
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met
- Oversee loading bay operations, including deliveries and waste disposal
Requirements
- Full availability and flexibility for various shifts
- Ability to commute to the resort (own transport recommended)
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- Experience in high-volume and fast-paced restaurants
- Physically fit and able to lift 10kgs safely
