About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of a dynamic menu by prepping creative dishes ranging from soups to sushi
- Plate meals for guests in a high-quality dining environment
- Support the culinary team in maintaining a high standard of food presentation and quality
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate
- Comfortable with frequent lifting
- COVID-19 vaccination required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience is preferred
