About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare Poke House menu items including raw seafood, meat, vegetables, sushi rolls, and handrolls
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working area by cleaning floors, equipment, counters, and coolers
- Manage inventory and receive/sign for vendor deliveries
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitizing, and health procedures to ensure food integrity
- Support team members with dishwashing, stocking the service line, and trash removal
- Follow all labeling, storage, and temperature control guidelines
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the USA
- 1+ year of food preparation experience required
- Valid food safety certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
