About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Poke House menu items including raw seafood, meat, vegetables, sushi rolls, and handrolls
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working area by cleaning floors, equipment, counters, and coolers
  • Manage inventory and receive/sign for vendor deliveries
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitizing, and health procedures to ensure food integrity
  • Support team members with dishwashing, stocking the service line, and trash removal
  • Follow all labeling, storage, and temperature control guidelines

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • 1+ year of food preparation experience required
  • Valid food safety certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
