Kitchen Staff Campus Gastronomy

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and distribution of meals in the company canteen
• Receive and properly store goods
• Prepare cold dishes such as salads, desserts, and sandwiches
• Handle lunch service including cashier duties and preparation work
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP guidelines
• Report technical defects in kitchen equipment
• Optionally participate in catering events such as evening events or grill events

Requirements

• Practical experience in the kitchen area
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
• German language skills (B2 level)
• Reliable, responsible, and organized working style
• Ability to work in a team and remain resilient in stressful situations
