Kitchen Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in designing ideal kitchens and suggesting suitable products and arrangements
• Utilize IKEA Home Planner to design layouts according to specifications
• Maximize sales of kitchen furniture and accessories using product knowledge and IKEA tools
• Provide expertise on kitchen site measurements, floor plans, and installation issues
• Advise customers on store services including assembly, transport, and finance
• Coordinate with kitchen service providers to ensure timely delivery and installation
• Support manager in executing commercial plans, activities, and promotions

Requirements

• Experience in planning, designing, and selling kitchens in a retail environment
• Knowledge of site measurement and kitchen installation processes
• Ability to draw kitchen floor plans by hand if necessary
• Proficiency in using kitchen planning software
• Ability to handle complex purchases and difficult customer situations
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
