About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of dishes following the quality standards established by Distintivo H.
- Manage and coordinate kitchen staff to support professional growth and meet operational needs.
- Supervise the efficient use of raw materials, kitchen equipment, and utensils to protect company resources.
- Maintain and oversee cleanliness and order within the kitchen and facilities according to Distintivo H standards.
- Manage and follow up on purchase requisitions for raw materials to prevent inventory shortages.
- Promote and teach adherence to processes to ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
- Implement and develop improvement plans to apply new operational processes.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Distintivo H quality and hygiene standards.
- Experience in staff management and team leadership within a kitchen environment.
- Strong skills in inventory control and raw material management.
- Ability to implement process improvements and operational efficiency.
