About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen production area operations reporting to the Kitchen Production Manager
- Assist in forecasting and purchasing food and goods supply
- Monitor man-hours roster and supervise kitchen co-workers
- Oversee waste management, portioning, and production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitary regulations, and HACCP standards
- Support menu implementation and launches
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operations
- Proven leadership abilities and commercial acumen
- Experience in cost and resource management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience supervising diverse teams
- Strong culinary skills and ability to multi-task
