About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food and service
- Manage food preparation, service, and stock control to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain strict food safety compliance and cleanliness standards within the kitchen
- Organize and oversee shift tasks to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and front-of-house leaders to meet financial and guest satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role, ideally within a high-volume restaurant
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
