Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen and pantry teams
- Prepare and cook meals according to standards and technical sheets
- Define and prepare products necessary for meal preparation
- Maintain rigorous quality control and HACCP standards
- Plate and garnish cooked dishes
- Ensure proper cleaning and conservation of food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
- Support other team members in their tasks
- Actively contribute to the development of the restaurant's gastronomic experience
Requirements
- Training in the culinary field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurants
- Experience as a kitchen manager or in similar roles
- Strong team spirit and leadership skills
- Ability to work and organize effectively
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- English language knowledge
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
