Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and planning
- Ensure menu compliance and maintain high quality standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, serving, and cashier duties as needed
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety legislation
- Structured, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Flexible, stress-tolerant, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and service-minded attitude
