About the role
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and install kitchen and laundry equipment to meet luxury hotel standards
- Perform regular testing and preventative maintenance on all kitchen and laundry machinery
- Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required
- Complete work orders, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and Corrective Work Actions (CWA)
- Execute general maintenance tasks and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and hotel protocols
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- 5+ years of experience as a Kitchen Technician within the hospitality industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment operations
- Proficiency in PAT testing
- Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
