Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and ingredients according to technical sheets
• Ensure cleanliness of all dishes, kitchen materials, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and refrigeration units
• Organize the warehouse in alignment with supervisors
• Execute basic tasks across all operational areas as needed
• Follow culinary methods and procedures to ensure product quality

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety
• 12th grade of schooling
• Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
• Strong organizational and punctuality skills
• Proactive, dynamic, and responsible attitude
• Ability to work in a team and handle high-stress environments
