Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and ingredients according to technical sheets
• Ensure cleanliness of all dishes, kitchen materials, and equipment
• Clean work surfaces, floors, machines, and refrigeration units
• Organize the warehouse in alignment with supervisors
• Assist in basic tasks across the entire operation area
• Execute various cooking methods and procedures to ensure product quality

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety
• 12th grade of schooling
• Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
• Agility in task execution
• Organized, punctual, proactive, and dynamic
• Ability to work in a team and handle stress in a restaurant environment
