Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to specifications and customer expectations
• Maintain high hygiene levels and adhere to safety regulations in the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure quality meals are delivered on time
• Stay up to date with new products, menus, and promotions
• Manage kitchen operations solo during specific shifts to cover management absences

Requirements

• Essential previous kitchen experience
• Ability to work under pressure and work solo in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work on Mondays and Tuesdays (11:30-21:30) and ad hoc shifts for holiday cover
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for food presentation
