About the role
Responsibilities
- Brew high-quality coffee for residents
- Manage front-of-house service and cash handling
- Prepare and serve cabinet food
- Order supplies as required
- Set up and pack down each shift
- Assist the kitchen with baking and other tasks
- Maintain cafe cleaning, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Experience in a Barista or Kitchen role
- Hospitality industry experience
- Strong customer service ethos
- Ability to manage competing demands with initiative
- Flexibility to work weekends
