Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients
• Cook and grill meat and other food items
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers
• Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas
• Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
• Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation to ensure equipment is in good working order
• Manage goods in/out and take ownership of the storeroom

Requirements

• Ability to start early in the morning
• Passion for the bakery industry
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
