Kitchen and Dining Utility

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP) across kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks
• Wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment and utensils
• Support stock control, labelling, and food storage processes
• Remove waste and handle cleaning materials safely and correctly
• Perform physically demanding tasks including walking, lifting, and bending in a fast-paced environment
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and a "home away from home" experience for residents

Requirements

• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
• Food Safety / Food Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in FIFO kitchen, hospitality, or a similar environment
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to work a 14:7 FIFO roster departing from Perth Airport
• Fitness to pass a mining pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts
