Kinesiologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized fitness evaluations, rehabilitation consultations, and ergonomic assessments
• Provide professional personal training services and design customized exercise programs
• Offer clients expert advice and recommendations based on assessment results
• Collaborate with the Fitness Facility Manager, clinicians, and the fitness team to ensure an excellent client experience
• Adhere to strict protocols for fitness evaluations and ensure client safety within the gym
• Attend team meetings to establish and monitor program targets
• Assist with the maintenance and availability of gym equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics, Exercise Sciences, or Kinesiology
• Active registration with the College of Kinesiologists
• Valid CPR/First Aid AED Certification
• Experience in a clinical or fitness environment preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical experience in a professional setting
• Experience interpreting and conducting ECG stress tests
