Responsibilities

• Actively lead the Christian formation of students
• Deliver Pastoral Care from a genuine Christian faith
• Contribute to an inclusive approach to learning and cross-cultural understanding
• Develop a biblically grounded, Christ-focused, and academically rigorous approach to education
• Teach the prescribed curriculum within a conducive learning environment
• Participate in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and parent liaison

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree in education
• Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Master of Education)
• Passion for student welfare and safe learning environments
• Highly relational and collaborative mindset
• Vibrant Christian faith and servant heart

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with an Explicit Instruction model of teaching
