Kinaxis Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global users to understand business requirements and configure solutions in RapidResponse
• Design, build, test, and deploy RapidResponse resources including workbooks, alerts, forms, scripts, and dashboards
• Apply understanding of control tables, data models, and mappings to solve complex business problems
• Serve as a core member of the Kinaxis Center of Excellence (COE) team to apply configuration best practices
• Assist end users with interpreting planning results
• Facilitate and support new functionality releases and periodic Kinaxis service updates

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of firsthand experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning tools
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and RapidResponse analytics
• Deep understanding of RapidResponse data integration using TALEND or similar ETL tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain operations in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
