About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the CCV Kids ministry team by recruiting and training volunteers
- Oversee weekend operations to ensure rooms and leaders are prepared to serve
- Connect with new and existing families to provide resources for biblical leadership at home
- Execute CCV Kids programs, curriculums, and safety protocols
- Facilitate ongoing coaching and training for volunteers
- Maintain daily communication with the Lead Kids Pastor to reach ministry goals
Requirements
- Strong commitment to the mission and values of CCV
- Must be baptized by immersion and actively pursuing a Christ-centered life
- Regular engagement in CCV weekend services and personal worship
- Commitment to tithing 10% of income to CCV
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage administrative tasks and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability to changing ministry demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or training in a related field or ministry
- Proven experience in ministry or working with youth and volunteers
- Working knowledge of church business procedures
- Experience using database software like Rock for volunteer management
