Baptism by immersion and active Christ-centered life, Regular engagement in CCV worship services, Commitment to serving, coaching, and tithing, Active participation in a CCV Group, Degree or ministry experience preferred, Youth and volunteer experience preferred, Database experience (Rock) preferred
About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the CCV Kids ministry team and volunteer base
- Ensure weekend operations, room setups, and volunteer onboarding meet expectations
- Connect with new and existing families, casting vision for at-home biblical engagement
- Facilitate ongoing training, coaching, and development of volunteers
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and healthy environment for children and families
- Communicate daily with the Lead Kids Pastor and execute CCV Kids programs and curriculum
Requirements
- Baptism by immersion and active pursuit of a Christ-centered life
- Regular engagement in CCV weekend services and personal worship
- Dedication to serving others, coaching Next Steps, and tithing
- Active participation in a CCV Group for spiritual growth
- Degree, training in a related field, or proven ministry experience preferred
- Experience working with youth and volunteers preferred
- Working knowledge of church operations and database tools such as Rock preferred
