Enjoy working with kids (18 months to 6 years), Ability to travel within Reno, Sparks, and Carson City, Physically active and high energy, Ability to lift 35-45 lbs, Open to feedback and training
About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe class environment
- Use individual attention to ensure every child is successful in the class
- Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun
- Use positive and age-appropriate language to encourage children
- Teach fundamentals of 10 different sports, nutrition, and muscle identification
Requirements
- Must enjoy working with children (18 months to 6 years old)
- Ability to travel to pre-schools, daycares, and schools in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City
- Physically active with high energy and ability to be on feet for hours
- Ability to transport and lift sports equipment (35-45 lbs)
- Openness to feedback and continuous training
