Kids Express Tech

Responsibilities

• Support nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians in delivering patient-centered care tailored to the developmental levels of pediatric patients
• Handle patient information with strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards
• Comply with hospital safety management policies to maintain a hazard-free environment
• Adapt to census fluctuations and evolving needs of internal and external customers
• Communicate effectively and report relevant patient information to the clinical team
• Perform delegated tasks and assist in maintaining a high-quality patient and family experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience as a PCA, STNA, or Medical Assistant
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Ability to work a part-time schedule including every third weekend
• Willingness to orient and rotate to all Kids Express locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
