About the Company

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, creating healthy habits and teaching life skills through fun fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-sport enrichment classes for children using ready-made curriculums
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Maintain a non-competitive, stress-free, and fun environment
• Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
• Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to improve coaching skills

Requirements

• Availability during morning/early afternoon (Mon-Fri 9:00-11:00 am and 3:00-5:00 pm) or weekends (8:00 am-1:00 pm)
• Open-minded attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow structured curriculum and coaching manuals
